Dhaka University clinched the Inter-University Hockey title beating Chittagong University in the final at DU Sergeant Zahurul Hall ground of Dhaka University on Tuesday.
Cumilla University finished 3rd in the meet.
Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) of Dhaka University Prof Dr Muhammad Samad was the Chief Guest at the day’s closing ceremony and later he distributed the prizes.
With a slogan of “Friendship in Universities with Sports”, the Inter University Hockey Competition began from February 9.
